Every Reign team program runs the same accountable sequence. Your 14-day clock starts the morning after you sign the kit confirmation — not the day you inquire.

Consultation & roster audit
Day 1–2. A Reign account manager walks your program: sport, division, season calendar, roster size, and the kit you currently field. We document fit preferences, fabric weights, and any legacy numbers or crests to migrate.

Fabric, color & crest selection
Day 3–5. Choose from the 78/22 recycled nylon-spandex base fabric, custom dye lots, and four embroidery thread weights. Submit vector art or work with our in-house crest studio on revisions.

Fit sample & size grading
Day 6–8. We ship a fit-sample kit for two athletes in your program to test compression, seam placement, and length. Size grading is locked against your roster spreadsheet — not a generic size run.

Cut, sew, dye & deliver
Day 9–14. Production runs on the Henderson floor: cut, sewn, dyed, embroidered, heat-pressed, packed and shipped. You receive tracking on day 12 and a dock-to-door arrival window for day 14.
